About Our Church

All Souls Episcopal Church is a diverse community of individuals and families, both life-long Episcopalians and those who’ve come to us from other denominations and faith traditions.  We are bound together by our love of God and our desire to share that love with each other through sacramental worship, gracious hospitality, and spiritual formation.

We invite you to visit us to worship, pray and sing, and to learn with us and to help us as we help our neighbors.

When Jesus teaches us to love our neighbor as ourselves, we understand that means everyone.  We prize the uniqueness of all persons as God’s creation.  We welcome all people regardless of color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental ability, nationality or economic class.  We value and affirm the LGBTQ+ members of our community.

We are a parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida, The Episcopal Church, and a member of the Anglican Communion.

What We Believe

Our beliefs are the beliefs of The Episcopal Church, as outlined in the Catechism in the Book of Common Prayer, the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.

We believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  That God made and loves everyone, no exceptions.

We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, God’s only and eternal Son, who was born of the Blessed Virgin Mary and is the savior and redeemer of all.

We celebrate Holy Eucharist each Sunday.  Everyone is welcome to receive Communion at our altar. We believe that it is how God feeds us so that we can grow in love and faith.

We believe that we are called to care for the sick, to assist those in need, to shape our communities so that they honor the dignity of every human being.

We believe that asking hard questions and resisting easy answers is part of what it means to be faithful. Our faith is grounded in Scripture, Tradition, and Reason.  We embrace the truths that come to us from science, the arts, and our daily experience, and seek to use that learning to help us grow in our faith.
